CAN’T MAKE A PLAYLIST WITHOUT:  Everything but the kitchen sink.  Never not playing hip hop, alongside a whole lot of unexpected mashups and old school remixes from the deep dark depths of the web.

STRENGTH, SWEAT, OR SCULPT? :  Is there an all of the above option?  I’m told it’s frowned upon to choose a favorite child.

FIT RITUAL IS… :  LIFE.  But really, FIT Ritual is so much more than an extremely effecting (yet humbling) workout.  It’s a community for those who aren’t afraid to put in the work and embrace the uncomfortable — a place where you won’t only see results, you’ll FEEL GREAT as you get them.
