Our personal training program is designed to help you better understand your body’s bone structure, flexibility and mobility, identifying strengths and areas of development to create a unique fitness plan tailored to your individual goals.

INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENT

The first step is to book your one-on-one assessment.  In this session, we will evaluate your posture, levels of flexibility and mobility, as well as discuss exercise history, overall health and fitness goals.

PLAN DEVELOPMENT

Based on your assessment, your trainer will create a plan designed to suit your fitness level, your short and long term goals, as well as your availability and schedule. 

CREATE CONSISTENCY

Your trainer will work with you on a week-to-week basis to coach and support you, provide you with individualized workouts, and help you to develop a schedule that will keep you focused.

PRICING OPTIONS

Personal training sessions can be purchased by individual session, or within a pack of sessions.  The more sessions you buy in a package, the greater value per session.
