Our STRENGTH workouts are defined by any class that utilizes dumbbells.  These classes are typically comprised of timed intervals, and designed to let you move at whatever pace you choose, making it a great class to suit all fitness levels. Please be sure to wear a pair of clean, indoor sneakers for any class with the word STRENGTH in the title!

A circuit based workout that utilizes heavy weights in timed intervals, high intensity pushes using resistance and plyometric movements with minimal impact, and short recovery periods. Designed to build strength, endurance and athleticism.

strength + cardiovascular based workout that focuses on

circuits of full body weight training and intense intervals of cardio to increase heart rate and boost metabolism, with short recovery periods.  Designed to build strength and endurance, and improve cardiovascular and muscular efficiency.
